We will walk through the home together to identify furniture and décor that can be used throughout the home. When needed, we’ll bring in additional pieces from our staging inventory to complete the design.

Vacant homes can feel smaller, colder, and are harder for buyers to interpret. Staging helps define each space, establish scale, and create a clear sense of how the home is meant to be lived in.

Using furnishings and décor from our staging inventory, we design the home to highlight its strongest features and create a welcoming first impression.

Although professional staging is a relatively new industry, people have been "fixing up" their homes to sell for decades.  These days due to HGTV home buyers have an "expectation" and are willing to pay quite a bit more for a home that is "model home" looking.
